  6. Can I switch between a Parked Domain and Forwarding Domain. If Yes, then how can I do so?

To change your parked domain to a forwarding account, you'll need to go to the URL Manager section of your Control Panel, just type in a URL for your website, and your account would be converted to a forwarding account. Entering nothing in this field would convert your account back to a Parked Domain one.

  12. I did not mention any extra CNAME or MX entries at signup, but now I want to add some. What should I do?

Send in a request to [email protected] with details of additional entries required. The email that you send must be from the email address that you are currently using for forwarding your emails.

  13. Path forwarding isn't working!

In order for the option to work correctly, your site must redirect to a directory without a trailing / on the end. For example, a redirect to http://www.your.isp/~you will work correctly, while a redirect to http://www.your.isp/~you/ (with the / at the end of the address) or a specific file such as http://www.your.isp/~you/index.html may not work with the path forwarding feature.
